Management and continuous development of our Software Asset Management (SAM) Ensuring license compliance and preparation and monitoring of audits Analysis, Evaluation and Optimization of License and Contract Models (Cloud and On-Prem) Administration, operation and development of our Microsoft 365 environment Management of user accounts, licenses and permissions Support Microsoft teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online and OneDrive Support and further development of the Digital Workplace, including client management with Microsoft Intune Cooperation in 2nd and 3rd level support as well as automation, standardization and optimization of IT processes

Completed IT training, studies in the IT environment or a comparable qualification Practical experience in software asset management Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration Experience in client and endpoint management Secure understanding of licensing and contract models Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Embossed communication and team skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
