They are responsible for monitoring and maintaining performance, availability and reliability, as well as managing incidents and problems up to the solution. They manage the change and release management for the changes, patches and releases of minimal interruption of business operations and communicate with stakeholders to capture requirements, provide updates and tune priorities. They cooperate with external providers and service providers for support, upgrades or adjustments if necessary. They shall ensure that the application complies with the company's IT policies, data protection regulations and safety standards. They perform comprehensive documentation including user manuals, SOPs, configurations and change logs and identify ways to improve application performance, ease of use or cost efficiency. Manage application-related costs, including license tracking and renewal.

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification More than 3 years of experience in IT, experience in application management or in a similar function is advantageous Good understanding of application lifecycle management, ITIL processes and best practices in service management and agile or DevOps practices Confidence with the technologies relevant to the application (e.g. databases, APIs, cloud platforms) and compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX) Experience with tools like JIRA or similar ITSM platforms is beneficial Compulsive language skills in German and English (in word and writing)
