IT-Support-Specialist (m/w/d) – Focus on System Integration

This is what your working day looks like:

• Acquisition, analysis and elimination of IT disputes (first and Second-level support)
• Installation, configuration and commissioning of Thin Clients, PCs, Notebooks, printers, mobile devices forklift terminals, labeling devices and Telecommunications systems
• Support in implementing and supporting IT projects
• Contact person for technical inquiries in the IT sector

That's what you bring:

• A completed training in IT, e.g. as a specialist informant (m/w/d), IT-System Electronics (m/w/d), IT-System Administrator (m/w/d), Network Administrator (m/w/d)
• First contact points with IT support or user support are from Advantages
• Basic knowledge of networks (e.g. IP, WLAN) and handling of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
• Reliable, service-oriented operation and organizational talent
