Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Munich As a Data Security Partner (w/m/div.) you will advise organizational units of different areas at a location regarding the processing of personal data, processes and IT systems. You support managers in implementing operational and legal requirements for information security and data protection. Consulting and analysis: You create simple concepts for identifying and analyzing relevant information, IT systems and processes of the organizational unit. You can classify them using the protection requirements and risks and document the results. Risk management: You support the organisational unit in identifying and operating risk management of normal to increased risks. You will provide advice on appropriate measures to mitigate these risks. Awareness: You plan and carry out regular awareness-raising activities for the supervised organisational units to ensure a uniform level of safety. These measures are based on defined strategies and risk-based approaches. Compliance Backup: You are trained as a base-ISP auditor and perform audits according to standard ISP procedures if required. In doing so, identify and evaluate vulnerabilities in cooperation with the organisational units and support them in implementing measures to resolve them. Documentation and reporting: You document all relevant measures in a revision-proof manner and report regularly on the status of information security to the management of the organisational units.

Education: Completed studies in the field of technical informatics, business informatics or a comparable qualification. Experiences and know-how: First professional experience in information security and data protection. Ability to work in an environment that requires a high degree of accuracy and discretion. Qualification: Good knowledge in the field of IT infrastructure and/or IT systems as well as in the handling of relevant IT tools (Identity Management, ISP Tool, GDPR Tool). Personality and working methods: self-motivated, strong and intercultural open. Safe appearance and communication strength. Independent as well as team- and customer-oriented. Ready for occasional travel. Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
