The Malteser Wohnen & Pflegen gGmbH is a modern service company in the healthcare industry. We are a German-wide carrier of 34 residential and nursing facilities in which we provide over 3,200 residents and guests in stationary care, short-term care, day care and in an outpatient community. Our focus areas include watch-coma and respiratory care, boy care, stroke care, parkinson care and care for the strongly altered person. In more than 630 apartments for living with service live seniors who are still quite independent and take advantage of the services of our facilities if necessary. Together with two outpatient services, two hospices and an outpatient palliative service, we employ over 2,900 employees.

Cars including private use: For your bets, you get a car you can use privately. Alternatively, you can use a pool vehicle for your work. Springer supplement: monthly you receive a jumper supplement of €500 (for full-time employment). Flexible holiday planning: Plan your holiday according to your personal plans and needs. Flexible service hours: Make your working hours actively with – set up together with your team management, when you work and whether you want to support on holidays planned or spend precious time with your family and friends. Solid responses: In case of personal concerns or if necessary, a fixed contact person is available to support you in all matters. Change: If you decide not to jump anymore, we will allow you to change to a device of your choice.

You have the willingness to support our facilities in Erlangen, Passau and Starnberg in the (monthly) change as a dedicated care professional.

Benefit from an annual special payment and an annual benefit fee at a total amount of € 4.359 - € 5.197.
