(ICT-)Business Continuity Manager (m/f/d)

Operational control: further development and operational control of (ICT) business continuity management, regular review of business impact analyses, BCM risk analyses and emergency plans as well as exercises and tests Project management: Accompanying process and resource relationships from the continuity perspective with a focus on resilience and recovery aspects Predictive management: regular review, appraisal and control of the requirement and requirement management for the (ICT) business continuity management Regulatory requirements: practical integration of regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA, MaRisk) into existing processes and requirements Consultation and support: support for stakeholders through consultation, training, information and practical solutions Quality and monitoring: use of control and monitoring processes to ensure transparency and quality throughout the lifecycle

Training: completed studies of (economic) information, economic, legal and comparable skills Experience: first practical experience in business continuity, IT service (continuity) management or information security – ideally in a regulated environment Professional competence: basic knowledge of relevant regulatory (e.g. DORA) and first points of reference with standards such as ISO 22301 and BSI 200-4 are desirable Working methods: structured, self-explanatory and solution-oriented work; It is prepared to work on complex issues and to present them in a comprehensible manner. Team skills: joy in team collaboration, safe occurrence and service-oriented action Language knowledge: very good knowledge of German and English
