Currently, we are looking for a responsible team leader (m/w/d) for our production sector, which has a strong focus on its numbers and is at the forefront of its team colleagues. In your role, you are responsible for a team of about 15 employees and are the interface between production management, production planning and your team colleagues: inside. In your task, you will also expect: You focus on the planning, organization and monitoring of the assigned production and production orders You are responsible for the qualitative implementation and continuous increase in production efficiency for your team You're working with your production team You are constantly developing and your employees You optimize workflows and develop them further

You have a completed training with technology or mechanics as a focus.
