WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO

• Installation and commissioning of electrical equipment and installations
• Maintenance and maintenance of technical systems and components
• troubleshooting and diagnosis in electrical faults incl. Measurements
• Security checks according to legal requirements
• Technical documentation of test protocols and energy data
• Coordination of external service providers and annual supplier evaluation
• Implementation of maintenance plans with legal proof
• Safety instructions for new employees and service providers
• Identification and implementation of optimization potentials in operation

CHECKING THE ONE

• Complete training as an electrician/electronicser
• Professional experience in building and energy technology
• Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; CAFM knowledge of advantage
• Technical understanding and rapid understanding
• German knowledge at least on C1 level
• Team skills, customer orientation and quality awareness
• Self-employed & structured work with target orientation
• Willingness to continue and further education
