We would like to expand our team at the Berlin site by a dispatcher (w/m/d) for technical services. We offer an unlimited standing with attractive conditions and good development opportunities. Planning and classification of technical staff to carry out troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs in different objects Selection and deployment planning of external service providers and subcontractors for specific technical facility management tasks Ensuring efficient and timely processing of tasks arising, taking into account urgency and resource availability Close contact with customers to understand their requirements and priorities and to take into account accordingly in the deployment plan Tracing and documentation of the work carried out and regular reporting to management Continuous analysis and improvement of existing MRP processes to increase the efficiency and quality of the service

Multiannual professional experience in disposition, ideally in technical facility management, in building technology or in a similar area Good knowledge of technical facility management and related services Impressed organisational skills as well as the ability to keep an overview in a dynamic environment and set priorities right Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both internal and external partners Safe handling of common MRP and planning tools as well as the usual MS Office applications High loadability and the ability to react flexibly to short-term changes and requirements
