Project Manager EPCM Industry – Infrastructure (m/f/d)

The design of the technical facilities and buildings we provide in-house as well as all other services of the value chain of the project. In this role, you combine project management at large-scale project level with content close to infrastructure planning – from the early concept phase to implementation. We are looking for you for the project management infrastructure of highly complex and large-volume EPCM industrial construction projects. Here you take over the technical, organizational and economic overall responsibility for the infrastructure subproject over all phases of performance. Your location? You decide! The application can be done at one of our Drees & Summer locations by choice. Project management of the infrastructure of demanding, large-volume EPCM construction projects in the high-tech industry (e.g. semiconductor or battery cell production) Totally responsible control of the infrastructure subproject over all phases of performance (terminals, costs, qualities) in close coordination with the overall project management technical assessment, structuring and quality assurance of infrastructure planning across all phases of performance; according to experience, independent conceptual and planning activities in early phases of the project (e.g. feasibility studies, variant studies, pre-planning, LPH 0-2/3) Taxes, coordinating and quality-assurance monitoring of internal and external planning teams and active interface coordination Professional leadership, coordination and further development of all project participants in the Infrastructure subproject Advising our customers from the first analysis, planning and realization to acceptance including commissioning Central contact person for our customers, partners and internal project teams

Complete study of civil engineering, economic engineering, infrastructure management, urban planning, transport, mobility management or a comparable qualification Multiannual well-founded professional experience in project management of construction or infrastructure projects Funded understanding of infrastructure planning, planning processes and interfaces, even without own operational planning experience Planner experience (e.g. from a planning office or early project phases) is of advantage, but no requirement, if a corresponding planning understanding exists Very good knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB and VgV as well as good knowledge of MS Project Ability to evaluate, structure and manage planning professionally Good German and ideally good English knowledge in word and writing Willingness to project-related missions within Europe Communication strength, decision-making and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
