You are responsible for the independent, timely and quality-oriented preparation and execution of tenders, including negotiations, contract designs and preparation of award decisions. In doing so, you develop, implement and implement product group strategies and innovative optimization potentials in a sustainable manner and align them with the company's goals. For a proper and efficient execution of the entire ordering process, you will be responsible for order tracking and complete archiving of all award documents. In cross-functional teams you actively participate in projects and introduce your expertise. You will also develop and implement a qualified supplier and product group management.

You have completed your studies with a focus on business management or business informatics or have a comparable completed training with additional qualification. In addition, you are already bringing professional experience in IT purchasing, ideally focusing on topics such as managed services, cloud management, contract and license management. With the standard Microsoft Office products, you are sure to go around the basics of contract law (BGB, EVB-IT) and the basics of contract law (SektVO, GWB) are known to you, SAP knowledge (MM, S4Hana, BI) are of advantage.
