Creditor accounting: auditing, accounting and accounting of accounts and credits. Digitization & Payment: Scanning of receipts, processing of payment flows, creation and monitoring of creditor duration documents. Master data management: management and maintenance of creditor master files. Communication: correspondence with suppliers, processing of notices. Monthly and annual accounts: cooperation in monthly and annual accounts, formation of provisions. Liquidity planning: Weekly liquidity planning. Contract management: Support in contract management.

Qualification: completed commercial vocational training. Experience: professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in the field of creditor accounting. IT knowledge: Good knowledge of SAP R/3 FI and AIM (Automated Invoice Management), safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel. Working methods: independent, accurate and targeted working methods, pronounced economic thinking.
