Contract Manager in Strategic Purchasing / Technical Facility Management (m/f/d)

Your future workplace is located mainly at our site in the Mehrower Allee 52, 12687 Berlin. Occasionally, the activity can also take place at our second location in Potsdamer Straße 60, 10785 Berlin.

Specialist expert: In contract management, you are responsible for the contracts for ongoing maintenance, in particular heating, sanitation, electrical and empty housing renovation. Passion for technology: You develop independently tender documents, performance directories, contracts and supplements, including the necessary data management. In addition, monitor the current contracts and comply with deadlines for the contract. Communication: You are in exchange with service providers and with our subsidiaries and advise the departments and colleagues on contractually relevant questions and contractual contents. In addition, you maintain the customer relationship between our departments and business partners. Innovation: You observe current market developments and implement suitable trends in the company

Qualification: You have completed a study with a focus on facility management, real estate management, building equipment and utility technology, energy and building technology, or technical vocational training. You will also bring relevant professional experience. Technical expertise: You have knowledge of contract management and procurement regulations and basic legal knowledge in VOB and VOL. Ideally, you have gained professional experience in the housing and building industry. Competences: You are versed in dealing with common MS Office applications and are safe to negotiate in the German language. Personality: You are communicative, work conscientiously and enjoy solving complex issues.

Remuneration & Extras: We pay according to the housing contract with holiday and Christmas money.
