As a generalist in the area of People Management, you act as a service provider, consultant and partner for our SHK craft businesses. You also visit our plants regularly on site to ensure direct exchange. Your field of activity includes labour law matters, remuneration issues, employee retention, HR Administration and Compensation/Benefits. You support the construction of important structures and processes and work closely with colleagues from personnel development, recruiting and People Analytics. You stand by our operations teams and support in the post-Merger integration of new companies, which you will then attend from day one. In addition, you accompany strategic projects for the further development and digitization of the people processes, work closely with executives and other stakeholders and are involved in tax and audits. Your area will be the south of Germany. From time to time, you will travel to Frankfurt to our office to share with your team on site.

Your profile

You have several years of professional experience in the field of personnel and well-founded knowledge on labour law topics. Ideally, you have a degree in labour law or personnel management, supplemented by relevant further education. You have a structured way of working and a hand-on mentality Your profile is completed by holistic, analytical thinking and integrity. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile. You bring a Germany-wide readiness (approximately 50-60%) and you are located in the south of Germany.
