Project management and processing: responsible implementation of the performance and quality planning as well as processing of smaller to medium-sized projects or complex subprojects in compliance with the cost and time frame

Achievement of the corporate objectives: Ensuring all relevant measures to ensure project success including targeted progress monitoring and assessment based on controlling reports

Contract and risk management: Ensuring risk, claim and contract management in close cooperation with the respective departments

Team leadership and cooperation: Professional leadership of small interdisciplinary project teams without disciplinary responsibility

Customer and Partner Management: Sustainable care of customer contacts as well as the management of negotiations with customers, partners and suppliers in coordination with the participating departments

Supplier control: Targeted management and monitoring of suppliers throughout the entire project execution

Sales Support and Communication: Active Support for Sales in Acquisition Businesses and Ensuring Transparent Internal and External Project Communications

Education: Completed technical university studies (e.g. Diplom-Ingenieur, Diplom-Informatiker or Master)

Professional experience: detectable experience in the responsible management of projects and teams as well as in the handling of international environments

Certifications: Project Management Certification Level C according to GPM standard

language skills: knowledge of English in word and writing; other foreign language skills (such as Spanish or French) are advantageous

Soft Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills combined with a targeted, entrepreneurial approach and high intercultural competence
