In this role, you take a central role in transformation projects around Microsoft 365. You work at the interface between architecture, consulting and implementation and develop sustainable solutions for modern work environments together with customers. Your tasks in detail: Analysis of existing IT landscapes and development of suitable M365 target architectures Participation in and take over architectural decisions (e.g. governance, tenant structures, security) Conception and implementation of transformation and migration projects Development of roadmaps to further develop IT environments Line or Partial responsibility for projects, depending on experience and seniority Contact person (m/w/d)
Multiannual practical experience (approx. 4–7 years) in the Microsoft 365 / Modern Work environment Experience in implementation, migration or project environments Knowledge in several areas such as:Microsoft 365 (e.g. SharePoint Online, Teams) Power Platform Azure / Entra / Security
Understanding topics such as governance, compliance and change & adoption Structured working and pleasure in working with customers Very good knowledge of German and English
