You promote the agile context in which we set and achieve ambitious goals with Scrum, Nexus and OKR You have the personal responsibility for colleagues (m/w/d) who are used to work in agile structures with high motivation, commitment and responsibility As a team leader (m/w/d), you develop your employees (m/w/d) as part of a professional career and specialist career As part of our leadership team, you work in the strategic context of personnel planning, meet decisions in the staff selection and ensure successful onboarding processes Your experience in software development helps you understand the work environment of your employees (m/w/d) and to classify the topics in the context of the company In transformative phases, you can focus on the connection between organisational development and targeted employee management and promote networking. With your open, communicative and empathic way, you know how to inspire your team and actively shape hybrid cooperation, because your employees (m/w/d) are remote and in use at the Münster, Essen and Leonberg sites

You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable training in the IT field You have several years of professional experience in the context of agile software development, ideally in the field of ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics Business Central You bring multi-year professional experience in the agile management of employees (m/w/d) and optimally in agile personnel management You have strong communication and team skills Mute, Focus, Commitment are important values for you; a high degree of openness and integrity characterize you You have a quick understanding and a high level of readiness and curiosity In addition, you are characterized by a positive basic attitude, high commitment, a sovereign and professional appearance and your ability to inspire and motivate
