Team Leader Trade Fair Construction & Industrial Fairs Europe (m/f/d)

Planning and implementation of trade fairs: You are responsible for the organisation and implementation of our Europe-wide trade fairs with a focus on Germany, in particular at technical trade fairs in mechanical engineering and in industrial manufacturing. Trade fair construction and stand design: You plan and design our booths in cooperation with the relevant specialist departments and external trade fair construction service providers. You coordinate the participating partners and ensure a professional, timely implementation. Operational cooperation on site: You prepare exhibition displays and exhibition materials in our workshop and take over their construction and installation directly at the exhibition stand. You can pack yourself in. International customer events: You organize and accompany a multi-day event for our premium customers abroad. Lead Management: You are responsible for the collection, organization and tracking of the leads generated at our fairs. Team management: You take over the team's technical leadership, coordinate the task distribution and manage the cooperation. You keep track of appointments, budgets and resources and are the key player for your team. Reporting: You create monthly reports for management and prepare relevant key figures and project stands. Other tasks: You support catalogue creation and actively contribute to further tasks of the team if necessary.

You are an experienced executive with well-founded practice in implementing technical trade fairs in the B2B industrial environment. You know the requirements for professional trade fair appearances in the mechanical engineering and manufacturing industry and combine organizational skills with technical understanding and pronounced hands-on mentality. Qualification: You have completed vocational training with relevant professional experience, a Bachelor's degree or a comparable qualification. Industry experience: You bring several years of practical experience in the planning, organization and execution of technical trade fairs in the industrial, mechanical and manufacturing environment. Experience with comparable B2B measurements such as EMO or AMB is particularly relevant. Leadership experience – mandatory: You have already conducted a team professionally or disciplinaryly and have assumed responsibility for task distribution, prioritization, scheduling and work results. Trade fair construction and implementation: You have practical experience in stand planning, trade fair construction or coordination and implementation of trade fair stands. You are familiar with the processes from preparation to on-site degradation. Project management: You control projects autonomously and safely coordinate internal specialist departments, external service providers and other project participants. Hands-on-Mentality: You are ready to work with themselves in practice, and understand themselves as a guiding force that precedes with a good example. Organisation and budget responsibility: You work structured, reliable and independent and keep an overview of dates, budgets and resources even in tight schedules. IT knowledge: You can control MS Office safely. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is an advantage. Languages: You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. readiness to travel: You are willing to travel across Europe and work on weekends if necessary, especially during the trade fair opening and reduction. Driving licence: You have a class B licence.
