Our front office team at Stuttgart is now looking for support (up to 20 hours a week)! As part of our front office team, you are the first personal and telephone contact for our clients, visitors and business partners. You support your colleagues in the reception, in the hospitality and ensure the well-being of the guests. You can also introduce your organizational and coordination talent in the appointment and space booking and the provision of presentation technology. You have fun to be a pivotal and a focal point, are flexible, helpful and supported in all general and organizational tasks.
