Strategic responsibility for object and area management across Germany Control and further development of facility management in close coordination with the Head of Real Estate & Facility Management Budget planning, cost control and cost-effectiveness analyses Standardization, digitization and continuous optimization of FM processes and systems Management and further development of the service provider and supplier portfolio in close cooperation with Real Estate and Procurement Responsibility for the maintenance and improvement of the value of the company's own real estate (Freehold) Leadership, development and motivation of regional FM teams

Complete degree in facility management, real estate management, civil engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in strategic facility management, ideally in the logistics or industrial environment Experience in leadership of teams and project management Knowledge of budgetary responsibility, contracting and handling of FM systems Analytical thinking, structured working and communication strength
