Your new task:

  • Operative support and organization: You support the Service Account Manager (m/w) in operational day-to-day business, take over administrative tasks and ensure a smooth office organization in the team. You coordinate appointments, prepare meetings and workshops before and after, set up protocols and conduct correspondence with customers and partners.
  • Supply and contract management: You create and plead contract, offer and project documents, supported in the offer skating and soar for detailed and comprehensible performance descriptions. You check offer parameters for plausibility, assess the necessary supply systems and support the controlling in commercial data processing.
