Project Expert (W/M/D)* - Personal conversion, Transfer companies, Outplacement Berlin

As part of our project management team, you support the successful implementation of our workforce transformation projects and provide an important support for ensuring project success for our customers and customers as well as internal stakeholders. From the outset, you work closely with our project managers, meet modern project management methods and gradually take on more responsibility. As a project expert, you develop step by step towards project management. Active internal participation in our workforce transformation projects and support in their successful implementation. You have successfully completed a study or comparable training in the fields of BWL, HR or personnel management or another relevant field of expertise. You have first professional experience through internships, work students preferably in project management, consulting or a similar field. You can also keep track of multiple projects at the same time and organize yourself well. You like to work independently as well as on the team and take responsibility. You are interested in developing yourself in project management and knowing and applying established methods and toolboxes according to common PM standards. You are curious and communicative, you simply build relationships and trust and you are passionate about transformation and change processes. You have good English skills in word and writing. We require the safe handling of IT tools (e.g. O365) and first experiences with common consulting, collaboration and reporting tools such as PPT, XLS, Miro, Teams, PowerBI are desirable.
