Ypsomed Produktion GmbH is the German production company of the Swiss medical technology group Ypsomed AG. The focus of the new production plant lies in the production and assembly of injection pens, auto injectors and infusion sets for the subcutaneous administration of liquid drugs, for diabetes and other (autoimmune) diseases. Technical and organisational support of production management in operational and strategic tasks Responsibility for quality assurance during the production process Implementation and responsibility for maintaining 5S measures in production Processing of non-conformities (NC), performing structured cause analyses and coordination of CAPA measures Analysis of recurring errors and derivation of sustainable optimization measures Processing and analysis of production characteristics and reporting documents Implementation of process analyses and development of technical and organizational optimization potentials Creation, testing and approval of process descriptions

Completed master or technician training or comparable qualification with corresponding training / professional experience Experience in quality assurance in the GMP area Knowledge of how to use NC/CAPA processes and Cause Analysis Self-employed working, analytical thinking and a strong sense of responsibility High problem-solving and communication competence associated with safe occurrence and enforcement Good knowledge of German and English
