In your training, you will learn the commercial and organizational processes around the development, production, marketing and distribution of printed and digital media.

You will have the opportunity to get to know all aspects concerning the creation, production and marketing of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, the Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagzeitung, our website FAZ.NET and our mobile applications. As a fully-fledged member of our media company, you are actively involved in the exciting day-to-day events of our specialist departments and can make your own contribution to our first-class products. It offers varied tasks in the fields of Product + Sales (product and sales), manufacturing, personnel, financial and accounting and in our editorial office. In addition, you will get insights into our subsidiary F.A.Z. BUSINESS MEDIA and can bring your ideas at any time.

The training lasts two and a half years and can be shortened by half a year for above-average performance. In addition to the Berufsschule (Stauffenbergschule Frankfurt), additional seminars contribute to expanding your professional and personal skills. You also have the opportunity to work independently on public projects.

You will bring a very good degree in real education, the professional training course or the degree course and want to deepen your general education as well as your interest in the media industry. You enjoy commercial processes, are happy to organize and are ready to deal with complex relationships and numbers. In addition to your conscientious work, you have a strong sense of responsibility, are team-ready and communicative.
