Responsible for BCM, ISMS and data protection (m/f/d)

Central control and further development for: Business Continuity Management (BCM): Creation and maintenance of Group-wide BCM specifications and guidelines, support and coordination of BCM delegates in the business areas, planning, preparation and reprocessing of emergency and crisis exercises Information security (ISMS): further development of the higher-level ISMS according to common standards (e.g. ISO 27001), participation in the definition of processes, policies and guidelines on information security, and close cooperation with the central IT security team and the ISMS representatives in the business areas Data protection: Control of requirements from GDPR and BDSG at organisational level, development of central data protection regulations and training concepts as well as cooperation with internal data protection officers in the various units Governance & Audit: Building and maintaining a harmonised, integrated governance structure across all management systems, preparing and implementing appropriate internal and external audits, creating management reports, documentation and tracking of actions

Complete studies in the field of business, IT, law or comparable qualifications Experience in at least one of the areas BCM, information security or data protection as well as knowledge of the relevant standards and specifications (e.g. ISO 22301, ISO 27001, GDPR) Extensive understanding of corporate processes and governance structures Communication and coordination strength in dealing with different stakeholders Structured, independent working and moderation competence
