In this position you play a central role in the return and complaint management of our pharmaceutical wholesale. You process customer requests for returns, check stock of goods and ensure correct booking and forwarding of the articles. First experience in logistics, in return processing, in complaints or in a pharmaceutical business Safe and friendly telephone handling of contact persons from pharmacies and/or industry Good PC knowledge and safe handling of digital capture systems High reliability, sense of responsibility and structured functioning Ability to keep track of returns, complaints and credits and tasks
