Architect Consultant Interior Design Northern Germany (m/f/d)

As an architect advisor for interior design, you are responsible for the consulting and support of architects and specialist planners in the area of North Germany with the focuses of Hannover, Hamburg and Bremen. Your goal is to inspire architects with the innovative solutions and approaches of Saint-Gobain RIGIPS, to increase the demand for Rigips systems and to acquire and maintain new construction projects Relationship building / care: You build relationships with architects and plead them to understand their way of working and Pain points. Inspiration: Through presentations and mediation of the Saint-Gobain solutions, you are inspired by architects for cooperation. Customer-centricity: You anticipate customer needs and provide new knowledge to identify opportunities and risks. Object Acquise: You pick up object leads and ask for the demand for Rigips systems and solutions in your sales area. Object pipeline: You acquire and enter new building objects through all the early Performance phases (LP1-LP5 according to HOAI) to continuously develop To ensure object pipeline. Object transfer: You transfer objects to colleagues from the area distribution with detailed information and a strong briefing. Relationship care: You enter stock customers (architects, Professional planner) and wins new customers. Service-orientedness: You work alert texts and, if necessary, partial alerts from Rigips systems. Teamwork: You work closely in the Rigips team and also supports other colleagues in object work across brands.

Education: You have a completed technical study (architecture, Civil engineering or similar) or a comparable training. Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of the construction industry and the requirements in interior construction in various construction segments. You know the work and Pain Points of architects. Customer-centricity: You have a curiosity for trends in construction and a strong Feel for customer needs that you can grasp and interpret. Story-teller: You have the ability to inspire and convince architects, and can communicate new knowledge with enthusiasm. Experience in generating demand and acquisition of construction projects is of advantage. Objective: You enter objects through all early stages of performance and successfully transfer them to colleagues to support their recovery. Teamability: You have strong communication and Team skills and are an absolute team player (no “lonely wolf”).
