Quality Manager Facility Management (m/f/d)

Facility Management operates all infrastructure and is responsible for the quality assurance of the services provided. In addition to topics such as audits, operator responsibility and process optimization, this also includes the support of external service providers and specialist companies to our area of responsibility.

Examination and control of the timely maintenance and testing according to statutory operator requirements (e.g. fire protection, DGUV V3). Defining, ensuring and monitoring our quality standards, data quality and quality guidelines in all objects and properties. Maintenance and updating of the CAFM system and creation of reports and relevant KPIs (especially for maintenance and maintenance). Digital documentation of audit results and shortcomings Analysis of operations and identification of optimization potentials - focusing on cost reduction and quality improvement. Controlling audits/ reports in one month/quarter and annual reporting.

Completed studies (e.g. facility management, real estate management) or comparable technical/commercial training, supplemented by a further education (e.g. specialist facility management (m/w/d), building management, TÜV qualification). Professional experience in quality management or operational facility management. Knowledge of the relevant guidelines and standards (e.g. GEFMA, VDI, BetrSichV) and good technical understanding of building technology. Structured, independent operation and secure and binding occurrence to service providers and specialist departments. Safe handling of Office products and number affinity; ideally experience with CAFM systems or SAP. Analytical skills, quality awareness and motivation to actively shape and continuously improve processes. .
