Nurse in outpatient tour care in Leipzig (m/f/d)

With your professional competence and your view for individual needs, you design care autonomous, reliable and close to people.

For our location in Leipzig we are looking for a Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in the area of outpatient tour care. The position is to be taken in ** full time (38 hours/week)* or in *\ part time (33.25 hours/week)***.

Your tasks

• All specialist tasks of treatment and basic care
• Tour planning
• Documentation and regulation management
• Ensure a high quality of care under management and professional guidance
• Cooperation with external professional groups

• Class B driving licence
