Company profile Our customer is a renowned IT company based in Heilbronn, which offers its partners tailor-made solutions in the fields of IT solutions. To strengthen the team, our customer is looking for a dedicated and precise debitor account holder (m/w/d).

Tasks

Responsibility for the entire debitor accounting and the monitoring of open items

• Creation and dispatch of invoices and monitoring of payment receipts -Clease of payment differences and open debitor posts
• Implementation of reminders and communication with our customers in case of payment residues
• Cooperation with other departments, in particular sales and project management
• Support for the creation of monthly and annual accounts

Requirements profile

First professional experience in debitor accounting or in a similar position -Good knowledge of accounting and safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and common accounting software -Knowledge in SAP -Teamability, communication strength and a high degree of accuracy and independence -Good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge is advantageous
