We at OGS have been developing software solutions for the industrial middle class for over 35 years. The core of our product world is the OGSiD ERP solution, with which we image and integrate commercial processes. In addition, we work with our customers to implement customized software solutions as well as future-proof IT infrastructures for digital transformation. Our private cloud and internal system landscapes form the technical basis for this. For their further development, we are looking for reinforcement in the field of system consulting & infrastructure – a role between operation, automation, monitoring and customer projects. You work on the further development, operation and automation of our IT infrastructure. In doing so, you enter internal systems and actively participate in customer projects. This means: Operation, administration and optimization of our Linux and Windows systems Supporting our OGS Private Cloud Construction, maintenance and further development of monitoring, logging and alerting solutions (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana) Automation of deployments, system tasks and build pipelines (e.g. Jenkins) Support and optimization of our database systems (e.g. PostgreSQL) Technical support for complex system issues – internally and with customers Participation in expanding our DevOps processes (CI/CD, automation, infrastructure optimization) Participation in future topics such as AI-based monitoring and automation concepts and their integration into our products In short: You connect system operation, automation and customer consulting in a modern, versatile environment.

Your professional profile Completed IT training or studies (e.g. specialist informatics*in system integration, computer science or comparable) Good knowledge in the administration of Linux systems, ideally also Windows Server Basic understanding in networks, firewalls, routing and virtualization Experience in at least one of the following areas: Monitoring & Observability (e.g. Grafana, Prometheus) CI/CD & Build pipelines (e.g. Jenkins) Databases (e.g. PostgreSQL) Scripting & Automation (e.g. Bash, Python, PowerShell) Ready to work on new topics such as automation, containerization or AI-based processes Your personal profile High commitment and strong learning readiness Responsibility and Structured Operation Joy of problem solutions and technical exchange with customers Teamability and clear and binding communication Travel readiness: low – mostly internal or remote.
