In this position you shape the operating management of third parties and outsourcing, as well as the IT purchase and IT contract management of the bank. You evaluate risks related to service providers, accompany due diligence processes and ensure regulatory compliance according to DORA, GDPR, EBA and other relevant frameworks. In close cooperation with Compliance, Legal and IT, you monitor the performance of the contract and develop emergency and exit strategies. The place is located in the Group Stab IT and you report to the team leader PCM IT.

Identification, assessment and management of operational risks in the daily business with third-party providers Periodic execution of due diligence tests, risk analyses and exit strategies incl. License controls in cooperation with 2nd Line Design and negotiation of outsourcing contracts with focus on DORA-compliant clauses, SLAs and regulatory requirements Implementation and management of contract and price negotiations with our service providers Daily monitoring of contract performance and SLA control by third-party providers incl. Detection of measures Implementation and control of risk-reducing measures and documentation and escalation of incidents to the 2nd Line Development, testing and maintenance of emergency and exit plans for critical third parties Maintenance and updating of the outsourcing register for internal and administrative purposes Control of the onboarding and offboarding process including data return, contract conclusion and Lessons Learned Conducting regular risk assessments and resilience tests on third-party providers Close cooperation with legal, compliance, IT security and specialist departments to ensure a consistent outsourcing strategy Development and maintenance of a powerful service provider pool Your job location Your job is in Oldenburg. Completed studies in the field of business, law, IT or a comparable commercial qualification Multiannual professional practice in purchasing, third party management, outsourcing or regulatory environment Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as DORA, GDPR and EBA Experience in contract management, risk management and business continuity Safe handling of risk and SLA monitoring tools A structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working, self-initiative and sense of responsibility Representative competence in negotiations with service providers The ability to clear and effective communication in word and writing, in very good German (at least level C1) and ideally negotiated English
