Team Leader IT Network (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the global network strategy and a powerful, secure and sustainable network infrastructure Ensuring the global operation of LAN, WAN, WLAN, Internet and cloud networks as well as the connection of all international locations Further development of global network architecture taking into account business, security and compliance requirements Responsibility for planning, providing and operating network services for all Brose Group locations worldwide Management of external service providers including SLA, escalation and quality management Ensuring effective incident, problem, change and availability management Definition, monitoring and continuous improvement of KPIs for availability, performance and service quality Evaluation and introduction of new network technologies to support digital transformation Responsibility for Budget, Resource, Contract and Supplier Management Professional and disciplinary leadership of international teams and promotion of performance and customer-oriented service culture

Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience in enterprise networking, IT infrastructure or network services in an international environment Knowledge of modern network technologies such as LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN and data center and cloud networks Experience in the operation of global network infrastructures with high requirements for availability, security and performance Experience in managing managed service providers and in SLA and contract management Knowledge of network security and relevant compliance and governance requirements Experience in the planning and implementation of international infrastructure and transformation projects Safe handling of KPI-based service and performance management as well as continuous improvement processes Experience in Budget and Resources Management German and English skills
