In Magdeburg, our new logistics center is being created for a leading partner in the wind energy industry. As a process engineer logistics (m/w/d), you will first become part of our national project team and play a central role in the planning, implementation and continuous optimization of the logistics processes. After successful run-up, you take responsibility for the further development of the site: you analyze existing processes and implement targeted improvements. In addition, you take over the function of the Deputy Head of Location and are an important interface for operational and strategic topics.

Successfully completed studies in commercial or technical fields, e.g. Safe handling of numbers and high understanding of processes and operations Experience in the design, calculation and implementation of process improvements, preferably in the area of warehouse logistics Experience in cooperation with operational logistics teams Experience in Lean Six Sigma desirable Strong analytical skills and a structured working style Very good communication skills in German and English as well as strong convictions for targeted exchange with different target groups (employees, management, etc.)
