Projektingenieur Contract Management (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Implementation of contract management for planning and construction services
• Creation of the design, preparation of the tendering and award phase and the execution phase
• Coordination of the execution of the construction description, performance directories, schedules including constructional applications, plan documents and all other contractual components
• Creation of supplementary concepts
• Examination of contracts under construction aspects
• Costing and production of supplements incl. Participation in follow-up negotiations with the client
• Coordination of the procurement strategy with project management and purchasing

Your qualifications:

Your profile

• Successfully completed technical/university studies as civil engineer:in, construction technician:in, lawyer:in, economic engineer:in or comparable degree
• Funded knowledge about costing and price formation desirable
• First knowledge of contract management, contract design and post-order processing
• Negotiating skills
• German and good English knowledge in word and writing
