As an assembly line, you will lead a team of up to 10 technicians in the area of northern Baden-Württemberg. You are responsible for exciting projects in medical technology, clean gas technology and plant engineering and ensure that our state-of-the-art gas supply systems are safely installed in hospitals and laboratories.

Your tasks: Project management and implementation: You coordinate and are responsible for the installation and commissioning of our plants – on time and economically. Guided tour: You guide your team professionally, support it with challenges and promote an open and motivating work culture. Quality management: You ensure that our plants meet the highest safety and quality standards. Process optimization: You identify optimization potentials in your projects and implement suitable measures.

Technical training: You are plant mechanics SHK/HLK or have a comparable qualification, e.g. as mechatronic refrigeration technology (m/w/d). You also have a training as a state-tested technician, technical specialist or master (m/w/d). Practical experience: You already have several years of experience in plant engineering, ideally with pneumatic or hydraulic systems. Project management know-how: You have first experience in the organization and processing of plant construction projects for industrial or commercial customers. Mobility: With your license class B and your readiness to travel, you are flexible on the move.
