In this newly created position, you systematically develop our operational and strategic controlling – with the aim of establishing processes, structures and key figures that help our growing organization to further stability and transparency. You work closely with the management in Finance / Controlling. You are analysing developments, identifying needs for action and bringing you into our strategic and operational decision-making processes with realistic solutions.

Planning and Forecasting Development of short-term and strategic financial plans in close coordination with management Building a reliable planning and forecasting process (short, medium and long term) Creation of under-year forecast calculations for earnings assurance Financial Modelling: Integrated, Multiannual Business Planning and Simulations Examination, derivation, analysis and commentation of planning measures for sound decision-making Controlling and reporting Building and developing a slim, effective budgeting and reporting system Creation of monthly reprotings for the transparent presentation of financial performance Development and monitoring of relevant KPIs and development of the performance assessment system for the management of the university Creation of deviation analyses, statistics and meaningful decision templates Further development of the budgeting system Strategy Development & Business Cases Support in the development and implementation of short- and medium-term strategies Creating economic assessments and scenarios for projects, investments or new business ideas Participation in the further development of the strategic profile of the Euro-FH and of planning and control instruments Annual accounts Coordination of Controlling-related final work Cooperation with external partners

A degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting or a related subject BWL Multiannual relevant professional experience in controlling, financial management or accounting Secure handling of Excel and common office tools Experience in handling ERP systems and relevant software tools An analytical, structured thinking – and the ability to understand complex relationships Individual initiative, team skills and desire for a modern, agile working environment Joy of responsibility and direct cooperation with the management
