Advice: You advise HR colleagues, departments and executives of the Black Corporate Solutions areas in individual and collective labour law Directives: You are responsible for the development, standardization and further development of policies and personnel documents from a labour law perspective Representation: You take the responsible process representation before the labour courts and in extrajudicial disputes Training: You will design internal trainings and lectures for different target groups and carry them through Projects: You take over the self-employed support of projects and topics Internationality: You coordinate labour law issues with foreign relations in cooperation with external lawyers

You have successfully completed your studies in law and the 2nd state exam with above-average results You ideally bring multi-year relevant professional experience in an economic law firm or in a company with You have very good knowledge of individual and collective labour law You are safe in dealing with different stakeholders and brings experience in project work with You trade responsibly, show commitment and are open to new You work independently, structured and solution-oriented You can communicate safely in German and English
