Support of HR Business Managers in diverse administrative activities within operational personnel management

Processing and creation of (training) documents, presentations and Excel templates, including translations from German to English

Coordination and takeover of preparation of appointments

Individual support and implementation of (small) projects

Conducting research on HR relevant topics and appropriate preparation

Depositing documents into the personnel file and coordination of the home mail

Organisational support in preparing and conducting audits

Working with the implementation and further development of various HR processes

Adjustment of theoretical knowledge from studying in professional practice and gaining valuable insights into the versatility of human resources management

Successful study in the field of economic, social and legal sciences, ideally with the focus on staff

Responsible, reliable team player with organisational skills and high level of learning, who works independently and solution-oriented and is characterized by a quick understanding

First practical experience through working student activities or practical training in the personnel sector desirable

Safe handling of MS Office

Interest and passion for the area of personnel and dealing with HR-relevant topics

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
