IT Test Manager – SAP (m/f/d)

You bring test management expertise in the SAP environment and use them in ongoing projects as well as in the strategic construction of our test processes. In this context, plan, coordinate and monitor all test-relevant activities in our SAP projects and in product development. You take over the design, development and strategic control of test automation. You create and maintain test concepts, test strategies and test documentation – and adapt them to project goals, risks and dependencies. In addition, plan the required resources for all test phases and control the test performances at the technical level. You can also independently create status, progress and final reports for the project management and relevant stakeholders. You can also get involved in active risk tracking – with clear recommendations for action for deviations. In this role, you take on an exciting interface function between specialist area, product management and other project participants.

The focus is on the ability to organize quality assurance in a structured manner, to create clear responsibilities and to reliably control test procedures in complex projects. Ideally you bring experience from one or more of the following areas: Completed studies in (economic) informatics or IT training with relevant further education (e.g. ISTQB) Multiannual professional practice in IT test management, e.g. as a test manager, test manager or quality manager in projects Experience in the creation of test concepts and the definition of test strategies – like IT services, industry or public environment learned understanding of test methods, test automation and modern test frameworks; additional knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and Tricentis Tosca are advantageous Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, a clear communication at all levels, a joy of decision and thoughtful action – also in complex situations and under time pressure A structured and solution-oriented way of working, analytical thinking as well as the motivation to question the existence and to actively promote improvements Why the role of us is exciting This position was created because structured quality management takes a firm place in our IT strategy – and we want to build this competence permanently in the house.
