You love being part of a team that produces high-quality products? In this role as a production aider (m/w/d) in the dip coating, you can pack directly and provide a perfect finish for coating different metal parts. With your commitment and willingness to shiftwork, you contribute significantly to the quality and efficiency of production.

• You will be responsible for the preparation and coating of metal parts by means of dip coating.
• You support in controlling and reworking the coated parts to ensure the highest quality.
• You keep production processes running and make sure that appointments are maintained.
• You work closely with your colleagues to ensure smooth production and a pleasant working atmosphere.
• You bring in your ideas to develop and optimize processes.

• You have ideally first experiences in production, but also beginners: inside are welcome.
• You have good knowledge of German to ensure effective communication.
• You're ready to work in a shift.
• You have a quick understanding and willingness to learn.
• You work carefully and are detailed.
• You have a positive attitude and willingness to bring you into a team.
