To continue to support our customers here and strengthen our team in Service Controlling, we are now looking for a IT project controller (m/w/d) in Leipzig. You have several years of professional experience in project controlling, understand complex data related relationships and know you with Excel and PowerBI? Your new task:

• Working and further development in project controlling: You support our IT project leaders in project controlling and continuously develop them.
• Sic production of a transparent cost structure: You check the project calculations as part of the billing and thus secure a correct and transparent cost structure.
• Definition and optimization of project transfer process: You define and optimise transfer processes for new projects in order to ensure a smooth start and a structured transfer.
• Efficient project controlling and stakeholder management: You are significantly involved in the development and development of an efficient project controller taking into account the relevant interfaces and stakeholders.
• Peace control and status reporting: You monitor deadlines and thresholds, determine project levels and establish regular status reports for IT project management.
• Working in the service bill: You work on internal accounting of all services and related reporting. This includes both auditing and accounting of invoices and internal costs and the collection and quality assurance of document and operational data.
• Continuing Service Controlling: You participate in the continuous improvement of billing processes and identification of efficiency potentials.

You bring that with:

• Complete studies in the field of business informatics, economics, a similar course of study or completed training in one of the areas mentioned.
• Multi-year professional experience in IT project controlling. -Excel (Advanced Pivot, DAX formulas), PowerQuery and PowerBI**.
• High numerical affinity and understanding of commercial processes and complex data-related relationships.
• Desirable, but no need, are knowledge of ITIL, PRINCE2 or GPM.
• Embossed Communications and a self-contained, conscientious and analytical work.
• Learning and motivation to advance processes and new topics in service controlling.
• German language skills (at least C1).
