Project Manager for Renovation/Modernization Projects (m/f/d)

Reconstruction and rehabilitation... A contradiction in itself? Not with us in the KTE! Currently, our tasks are planned for reconstruction and disposal up to the 2070s. For this purpose, our facilities and buildings must withstand many more decades safely and fulfill their purpose. In order to ensure this, our “renovation projects” team will provide project management for many technically demanding renovation and modernization projects, which will lead to success together with the internal interfaces and external contractors (m/w/d). Our project portfolio also offers exciting new perspectives for routined project professionals, combined with social responsibility.

You take over the overall project management for extensive renovation projects. You significantly support the approval of our project projects by our donors (m/w/d) and supervisory authorities. You independently control the project strategy, design the personal project organization and ensure that all of them are drawn together as a project team in one line by means of a functioning flow of information and a good cooperation. You involve the relevant plant managers at an early stage and clarify the plant-specific conditions in order to integrate the project objectives into the ongoing operation as best possible. You examine and develop complex (construction)technical concepts and planning. Together with our purchase, you regulate the award of project services to external contractors (m/w/d), integrate them into the internal project processes and ensure that the contractually agreed services are complied with. You have the project and quality objectives in mind and report regularly on the progress of the project. In case of deviations or necessary changes in project planning, inform the stakeholders and develop efficient solutions to ensure the progress of the project.

You have a master's degree, ideally in the field of civil engineering or Process Engineering, or as a Bachelor/Technist (m/w/d) can demonstrate similar knowledge in these fields and with extensive project management experience. For several years, You have been able to demonstrate their know-how as project manager (m/w/d) in large and complex construction or renovation projects across all phases of the service and are very familiar with the requirements of HOAI and VOB. Ideally, you will also bring a project management qualification to IPMA or comparable. You can convince and motivate all internal and external project stakeholders (m/w/d) by your winning way. In necessary situations, however, you can clearly represent and enforce your position. You act sovereignly in contract and after-sales negotiations and know how to run a systematic claim management. The handling of project management tools (e.g. MS-Project) is familiar to you and you have been able to gain first experience in the area of BIM in the ideal case. You bring strategic thinking and a targeted approach and quickly find solutions to problems or changing technical conditions. You have German knowledge at least on C1 level and communicate safely in word and writing. The medical suitability for work in radiation protection control areas and in respiratory protection is required.

The remuneration of the written position depends on the relevant collective agreements of the chemical industry of Baden-Württemberg. According to the Federal Compensation Agreement of the Chemical Industry Baden-Württemberg, the unit is classified in a range between the E 10 T - E 13 T pay groups. On a full-time basis, this currently results in an estimated gross annual fee of between EUR 62,846 and EUR 102.184. This amount includes 12 monthly tariff fees and the annual tariff and the monthly tariff fee. The specific allocation of the grouping takes place according to the relevant tariff requirements.
