• Responsibility for the planning, implementation and monitoring of construction projects and rebuilding measures in the building function

• Coordination and control of the companies and subcontractors involved

• Ensuring compliance with dates, costs and quality standards

• Implementation of site visits and regular project meetings

• Contact for internal and external stakeholders Partners

• Documentation of project progress and reporting to management

• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards

• Complete studies in construction or a comparable qualification

• Multiannual professional experience in the function of construction management within a construction company, ideally in the industrial sector

• Experience in project management and control

• Secure appearance and communication strength in coordination with various departments and external partners

• Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods

• Secure handling of MS Office and common project management tools

• Very good German knowledge (min. B2) especially for communication with internal/external partners
