Systeex Brandschutzsysteme GmbH is a medium-sized company headquartered in Hanau. With the Systeex brand, we are among the top 5 of our fire protection industry. We are represented in Germany with more than 20 locations, including our own pipe production in Elmenhorst. Our group includes five subsidiaries with a total of around 700 employees.

Systeex manufactures and installs sprinkler, spray water quenching, high-pressure water mist, special extinguishing and fire alarm systems. Our extensive range includes individual fire protection concepts as well as the maintenance and repair of all plants.

Professional management of the 4-person team of pay billing Development and implementation of automation strategies to optimize internal process steps Implementation of new companies in P&I LOGA Individual settlement of monthly wage and salary billing (LOGA) for all companies in the group Processing of reporting and certification Coordination of statutory deduction, certification and reporting obligations Maintenance and testing of master data including personal data Administrative assistance of entrances and exits Processing of holiday requests and incapacities Implementation of the annual final work Information of employees about billing-relevant questions Creation of evaluations and statistics

A completed study with a focus on human resources or a completed commercial training, ideally with a personal economic orientation Multiannual professional experience in the field of payroll accounting Knowledge of the LOGA accounting system desirable Experience as team management of advantage Good MS Office knowledge Practice-oriented, independent and self-responsible operation Teamability, Reliability and Responsibility loyalty, trustworthiness and discretion Quick conception and high level of employee-oriented action Solution-oriented, safe and friendly appearance
