Head of Automotive Development (m/w/d) Cologne Your tasks can be seen Guided & Control: You assume the nationwide overall responsibility for the ''Vehicle Development' area - from economic control to strategic orientation Your area of responsibility: You look over the entire development process of a vehicle and drive all areas of vehicle development proactively - from design to testing and testing to production Strategy & implementation: You develop forward-looking concepts, implement corporate goals and ensure sustainable market positioning in the automotive sector Sales & Customer Management: You develop strategically relevant customer relationships, conduct contract negotiations and coordinate sales activities across competence fields Staff development: You recognize potentials, develop tomorrow's leaders and shape a strong team culture Quality & Compliance: You ensure compliance with all relevant legal and qualitative standards and regularly report to management This is what awaits you at our top-level design playroom: you shape your responsibility autonomously - from strategic decisions to operational implementation.
