Team – You work as an expert for commercial contract design and negotiation in our Pricing & Negotiation Team. The team supports all business units to use pricing and negotiation levers for optimal commercial success. Tasks – You advise our customer teams independently from the offer tax to the conclusion of the contract. You focus primarily on the commercial contractual components (e.g. payment objectives, price slip clauses). Negotiations/Methods – You accompany commercial negotiations of contract, product and framework contracts, in particular with legal negotiating partners. And you will be involved in the design and development of innovative methods and tools for negotiation support. Collaboration – You work closely with our supply teams, pricing & negotiation, as well as the legal colleagues from our risk management in developing and coordinating commercial contractual aspects.

You have completed your studies in law, economic law or a comparable degree course.

You bring 3-5 years of experience in contract negotiations and have a strong understanding of contractual legal and economic relations.

You master the languages German and English fluent in word and writing.

You work reliably and qualitatively high-quality, which allows you to act successfully and professionally towards stakeholders and customers.
