In the HR Processes and Systems unit, we are responsible for both the HR Processes and the local HR IT systems for 42 Allianz companies in Germany. At the same time, we form the interface to the Allianz Group with regard to the global HR IT systems and are responsible for the associated local processes/reactions.

This is what awaits you as a working student in HR IT project management - with a focus on digitalization & AI (m/w/d)

Working in exciting HR IT projects - from planning to internal communication to quality assurance, testing and preparation of workshops and documentation. Support in project management, especially in the introduction of innovative, AI-based HR components. Own takeover of tasks in operational daily business, e.g. organisation and efficient distribution of incoming orders in the team. Processing of HR requests for the People modules in SuccessFactors and participation in the further development of our HR services. Creating and maintaining reports on central HR key figures to support data-based decisions. Participation in regular team and cross-area meetings to network and actively introduce you.

This is what you bring with you as a working student in HR IT project management - with a focus on digitalization & AI (m/w/d)

You are in the BWL, Human Resources, Economics or a comparable degree program. First experiences in the HR sector are a plus - alternatively, you are passionate about HR topics and digitalization. You are open to employees and executives and appreciate the direct exchange. Organizational talent, self-initiative and enjoyment of self-employed work in the team characterize you. Safe handling of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is a matter of course for you. You bring very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
