Central contact person in all pay topics for the German site Singen Responsibility for the proper payment of all employees in accordance with local and collective agreements, currently approx. 1,200 active employees and 800 employees Head of the 4- to 5-member team (Payroll and HR Controlling) Close cooperation with the HR departments and HR partners in the plant and other German companies Interface to and control of accounting-relevant service providers Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Communication with internal and external customers such as employees, executives, works council, authorities, insurance etc. Contact persons also on topics of time management or certification Implementation and supervision of occupational pension schemes (assistance insurance and direct insurance) Working in international HR projects

They have a successfully completed commercial training with personalised further qualification or a comparable academic degree with a focus on human resources. You have professional experience in the field of payment accounting; Leadership or management experience, for example as a team leader, or in the control of project teams is advantageous. But we are happy to give leadership beginners a chance. Negotiating German and good English in word and writing are essential for this position. They have very well-founded knowledge of pay tax and social security law. Professional handling of all common MS Office applications and SAP HCM is not strange to you. A high service orientation, enforcement capacity, loadability, a structured and conscientious way of working and high IT affinity are of course for you. They have self-employment, flexibility, commitment and team and communication skills.
