As a Sparring partner*in for business management, HR managers and co-determination bodies, you accompany change processes with labor-related vision and economic sense. You actively develop our consulting services in the field of labour law, identify growth potentials and develop long-term client relationships. You bring your experience to the development and leadership of teams and support younger colleagues in their professional and personal development. In addition, you can participate in the positioning of our practice group on the market, through lectures, publications and networking.

Multiannual professional experience in labour law, ideally in an economic governing firm or audit An above-average legal conclusion and a sovereign appearance towards clients and stakeholders

Fachanwaltstitel in Arbeitsrecht and first management experiences are of advantage Entrepreneurial mindset, enthusiasm for mandate development and joy in taking responsibility and living leadership Very good German and English skills in word and writing
